8例睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗分析

目的：提高睾丸扭转的临床诊断和治疗水平。方法：结合文献，回顾性分析8例睾丸扭转的临床资料，年龄4～25岁，平均14．5岁；初诊时间〈6h0例，6～24h6例，2例超过24h。结果：8例均行手术探查，2例手术探查睾丸己坏死，而行睾丸切除，3例术后出现睾丸萎缩。结论：彩色多普勒超声是常规辅助检查方法，主张尽早手术及预防性对侧睾丸固定。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Testicular Torsion: A 8 Cases Report

Objective:To Investigate the diagnosis and treatment method for testicular torsion. Methods:Clinic data of 8 cases with suspected testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All of the 8 cases had been treated by surgery, 2 by orchiectomy for testicular nerosis. The accuracy rate of color ultrasonic examination was 94. 5%. Conclusion:Patients with a-cute scrotum pain should have color ultrasonic examination at first, emergency operation should be performed on any suspective case of testicular torsion. The contralateral testicle should be treated with orchidopexy.
