摘    要:目的建立定量检测全血环孢素A的毛细管胶束电动电泳技术,排除环孢素A代谢物对测定的干扰,为临床提供一种有效的检测方法。方法运用高效毛细管胶束电泳法对30例临床服用环孢素A患者进行环孢素A测定,并与免疫方法进行对照。结果建立了定量检测全血环孢素的毛细管胶束电动电泳方法,与免疫方法检测结果对照线性良好,结果差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论该方法能去除代谢物对环孢素A测定的干扰,可广泛应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of quantitative detection of the blood cyclosporine A level by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE), for avoiding the interferences of metabolisms of the cyclosporine A, and to providing an effective method to clinical diagnosis. Methods The blood cyclosporine A level in 30 cases taking cyclosporine A was detected by the HPCE, and which were compared with the results obtained by the immunology method. Results The quantative detection method by HPCE was successfully established, and the results were well correlated with those obtained by the immunology method. Conclusions The HPCE method could avoid the interferences of the cyclosporine A metabolites, and could be applied widely in clinical practice.
