| 摘 要： | 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)介导的基因表达对于维持正常的细胞周期、分化、增殖、凋亡以及维持免疫系统的稳定性方面发挥着非常重要作用.研究发现miR-155与炎症、自身免疫性疾病密切相关,负性调节炎症和固有免疫反应,可作为疾病治疗的潜在靶点.本文就miR-155与自身免疫性疾病的研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have served as important regulators of various biological processes,including cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and the maintenance of immune homeostasis.Furthermore,miR-155 has been shown to play a role in the regulation of inflammatory and inhate imnune responses.It is a potentially new therapeutic target. |
