| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对腹盆腔神经肿瘤的CT诊断水平。方法 对4例腹盆腔神经肿瘤患的CT、临床表现、手术所见、病理检查作对照分析。结果 l例肠系膜多发性神经纤维瘤，l例为小肠巨大神经纤维瘤，l例后腹膜多发性神经鞘瘤，l例后腹膜单发性神经鞘瘤。结论 CT对腹盆腔神经肿瘤可作出定位诊断，并可明确肿瘤是实性或囊性或囊实性、大小、范围、边界是否清楚，但难以定性诊断。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo improve the CT diagnosis of abdominal cavity and pelvic neuroma.Methods4 cases ofabdominal cavity and pelvic neuroma were studied by comparing the features of CT and the findings in surgery andpathology.ResultsThere were 1 case of intestinal neurofibroma, 1 case of mesenteric neurofibromatosis and 2 cases ofposterior peritonecem neurilemmoma.Conclusions CT examinations are very important for the diagnosis of abdominalcavity and pelvic neuroma.It can provide the useful informations about the size, shape, extent, site and consistency of thelesions. |
