红树植物角果木胚轴化学成分及生物活性研究
摘    要:目的 研究角果木胚轴化学成分及生物活性。方法 通过反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据并结合参考文献鉴定化合物结构,并对各化合物进行抗菌活性测定。结果与结论 从角果木胚轴95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个单体化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1)、羽扇豆酮(2)、3-表白桦脂酸(3)、lup-20(29)-en-3-oxo-28-diol(4)、桦木醇(5)、3β-(E)-feruloyllupeol(6)、dioslupecin(7)、ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol(8)、5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol(9)。其中化合物1~3、5、9均有一定的抑菌活性,化合物9对枯草芽孢杆菌(B. subtilis)和植物病原菌胶孢炭疽菌(C.

Chemical constituents from the hypocotyls and fruits of Ceriops tagal #br# and their biological activities
Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the hypocotyls and fruits of Ceriops tagal and their biological activities. Methods The chemical constituents from the hypocotyls and fruits of Ceriop stagal were isolated and purified by the chromatography on silica gel, SephadexLH-20 and HPLC. Results Their structures were identified on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with literature data. Antibacterial activities of the compounds were evaluated. Results and Conclusion Nine compounds were isolated from the 95% EtOH extracts from the hypocotyls and fruits of C. tagal. We identified aslupeol (1), lupenone (2), 3-epi-betulinic acid (3), lup-20(29)-en-3-oxo-28-diol (4), betulin (5), 3β-(E)-feruloyllupeol (6), dioslupecin (7), ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol (8) and 5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol (9).
