偏瘫复原汤联合醒脑开窍针刺对卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能及SF-36评分的影响

目的:探究偏瘫复原汤联合醒脑开窍针刺对卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的影响。方法:选取符合标准的卒中后偏瘫患者112例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各56例。对照组给予康复基础治疗、常规药物治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用偏瘫复原汤、醒脑开窍针刺。对比2组疗效及治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、SF-36评分、血清趋化素水平。结果:与对照组78.57%相比,观察组总有效率92.86%较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FMA、ADL评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SF-36评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清趋化素水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:偏瘫复原汤联合醒脑开窍针刺治疗卒中后偏瘫患者,可降低血清趋化素水平,改善下肢运动功能、日常生活能力,提高SF-36评分,疗效显著。

Effect of Piantan Fuyuan Decoction Combine with Consciousness Restor Resuscitat Acupuncture on Lower Limb Motor Function and SF-36 in the Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

Objective:To investigate the effect of Piantan Fuyuan decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on Lower Limb Motor Function and SF-36 Score in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke.Methods:112 cases were collected,56 cases were divided in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation basic therapy and conventional drug treatment.The observation group was given a hemiplegia recovery soup and acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA)score,daily living ability scale(ADL)score,SF-36 score,and serum chemokine level were compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The FMA,ADL and the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the serum chemokine level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemiplegia recovery soup combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can reduce serum chemokine levels,improve lower limb motor function,daily living ability,and improve SF-36 score.
