补肾疏肝宁心法治疗早期先兆流产伴焦虑情绪疗效观察

目的:观察补肾疏肝宁心法对早期先兆流产伴焦虑情绪患者的中医证候积分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、相关激素水平的影响,评估其临床疗效,为治疗早期先兆流产提供新的思路。方法:将符合标准的60例随机分为对照组(30例),中药组(30例),均给予黄体酮胶囊治疗,中药组在此基础上联合自拟补肾疏郁方治疗,分别比较治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周两组患者中医证候积分、HAMA评分、相关激素水平的变化情况。结果:较治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、HAMA均有所降低,孕酮(P)及绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)有所上升。在治疗1周后,对于中医证候积分、HCG两项指标,中药组与对照组比差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于HAMA评分及P两项指标,中药组均优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在治疗2周,中药组中医证候积分、HAMA评分、P及HCG四项指标均优于对照组,且差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾疏肝宁心法治疗早期先兆流产伴焦虑情绪的临床疗效显著。

Therapeutic Effect of Bushen Shugan Ningxin on Early Threatened Abortion with Anxiety

Objective:To observe the effects of Bushen Shuganningxin method on TCM syndrome scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores and related hormone levels in patients with early threatened abortion accompanied with anxiety,and to evaluate their clinical efficacy,providing new information for the treatment of early threatened abortion.Of ideas.Methods:Sixty cases that met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases) and the Chinese medicine group (30 cases),and all were given progesterone capsules.Based on this,the Chinese medicine group was combined with the self-made Bushen Shuyu Recipe and compared.Changes in TCM syndrome scores,HAMA scores,and related hormone levels in the two groups of patients before,1 week,and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and HAMA of the two groups decreased after treatment,and progesterone (P) and chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) increased.After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the ratio of the Chinese medicine group to the control group for the two indicators of TCM syndrome scores and HCG (P>0.05).For the two indicators of HAMA score and P,the Chinese medicine group was better than the control Group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).At 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,HAMA score,P,and HCG were better in the TCM group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Shuganningxin method has significant clinical effect on early threatened abortion with anxiety.
