输合配穴法针刺治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足的疗效观察

目的:观察输合配穴法针刺对痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足的改善效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月到本院康复门诊治疗的脑瘫患儿30例,随机分为观察组和对照组各15例、30只足。观察组采用输合配穴法针刺,对照组采用常规针刺法,两组均结合现代康复治疗,疗程3个月。治疗前后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评估小腿三头肌肌张力,足背屈角评估踝关节活动度。结果:观察组MAS改变总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的足背屈角度数均较治疗前显著增大(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的足背屈角度数、差值显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输合配穴法针刺能显著降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿小腿三头肌肌张力,改善踝关节活动度,疗效优于常规针刺。

Efficacy of Acupuncture At The Shu And He Points in Treatment of Pointed Foot Caused by Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To observe the effect of the acupuncture at the Shu and He points training on the pointed foot of the children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,30 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group(n=15)and control group(n=15).Both groups were combined with modern rehabilitation treatment for 3 months.The Modified Ashworth(MAS)rating scale triceps muscle spasm and the foot dorsal flexion angle assessing the ankle joint activity were adopted for evaluation before treatment and after 3-month treatment.Results:The total effective rate of MAS in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the angle of foot dorsiflexion increased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the difference of foot dorsiflexion angle after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture in Shu and He points can significantly reduce the muscle tension of triceps in spastic cerebral palsy,and improve ankle motion.The effect of acupuncture in Shu and He points is better than regular body acupuncture.
