| 摘 要： | 痹证主要是由于正虚邪实,内伤外感,邪气内侵,流注经络关节,导致经脉气血运行不畅,筋肉腠理失于濡养,而引发肌骨疼痛、屈伸不利,腠理不仁、麻木重着。通过查阅国内外治疗痹症的相关文献报道,发现中医外治法干预效果显著,本文从针刺、推拿、艾灸、拔罐四个方面阐述各自的特点、优点以及起效机制,为临床诊治提供思路。

| Abstract: | Bi syndrome is mainly due to deficiency of genuine qi and excess of pathogenic factor,the exogenous internal injuries, pathogenic qi intrusion, flow into the meridians and collateral joints, resulting in the poor circulation of meridians and blood, and the muscles atrophy.And then causing the muscles and bones pain, motor dysfunction, numbness and heavy.Through reviewing the relevant domestic literature and reports on the treatment of Bi syndrome at home and abroad, it is found that the intervention effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable. Therefore,according to the characteristics,advantages and mechanism of the different action of acupuncture,massage,moxibustion and cupping are expounded provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
