金栀清目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症

目的:探讨金栀清目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床疗效。方法:本次研究纳入湖南中医药大学第一附属医院眼科2017年12月1日—2018年12月1日门诊患者102例,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组(51例)予以单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,实验组(51例)予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合金栀清目方滴眼。治疗前后分别予以对比结膜充血程度、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光素钠染色以及观察其用药后不良反应。结果:实验组患者疗效有效率为(98.04),高于对照组(88.23),P<0.05;治疗前后两组患者泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光素钠染色均改善,实验组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;两组用药不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金栀清目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症临床效果显著,患者症状较前明显改善,不良反应率发生较低,值得广泛应用于临床。

Jinzhi Qingmu Decoction Combined with Sodium Hyalur onate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Dry Eye with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jinzhi Qingmu Fang combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.Methods:This study included 102 outpatients from the Department of Ophthalmology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 1,2017 to December 1,2018,which were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group(51 cases)was simply Sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the experimental group(51 cases)were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Jinzhi Qingmufang eye drops.Before and after treatment,the conjunctival hyperemia degree,tear film rupture time,tear secretion test,corneal fluorescein sodium staining and adverse reactions after medication were compared.Results:The effective rate of patients in the experimental group was(98.04),which was higher than that in the control group(88.23),P<0.05;the tear film rupture time,tear secretion test,and corneal fluorescein sodium staining were improved in both groups before and after treatment,and the experimental group was significantly Better than the control group,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinzhi Qingmu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye has a significant clinical effect.The symptoms of the patients are significantly improved compared with before,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
