综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

目的:研究探讨综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法:选取2015年7月~2017年12月本院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者118例,随机分成对照组与观察组各59例,给予对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合康复护理,观察对比两组患者护理效果。结果:护理前,两组患者各肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组各项肺功能指标均明显优于对照组,且组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施综合康复护理措施效果显著,可更为有效的改善患者肺功能指标,提升治疗效果,具有较高临床推广应用价值。

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Measures on Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method: From July 2015 to December 2017, 118 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group(n=59) and observation group(n=59).The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Result: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have a significant effect, which can improve the pulmonary function index of patients more effectively and improve the therapeutic effect, and has a high clinical application value.
