针灸联合康复功能锻炼对脑卒中恢复期痉挛状态及神经功能缺损的影响

目的:探讨针灸联合康复功能锻炼改善脑卒中恢复期患者痉挛状态及神经功能缺损的临床效果。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年2月我院康复科收治的100例符合纳入标准的脑卒中恢复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均给予康复科常规治疗措施,对照组患者采用康复功能锻炼,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用针灸治疗,共治疗8周。比较两组患者痉挛改善效果、治疗前后的肢体运动功能、神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力。结果:治疗后研究组有96.00%的患者痉挛状态得到改善,对照组有80.00%的患者痉挛状态得到改善(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者肢体功能评分(FMA)及改良Ashworth评分(MAS)评分低于对照组,研究组患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)及日常生活能力(Barthel指数)评分均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中恢复期患者采用针灸联合康复功能锻炼,能够有效改善痉挛状态,提高肢体运动功能,促进神经功能修复。

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation function exercise on spasm state and nerve function defect in convalescent patients with cerebral apoplexy

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation functional exercise to improve spasticity and neurological deficit in patients with stroke recovery.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,100 patients with stroke recovery who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to divide patients into research group and control group,50 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given routine treatment measures in the rehabilitation department.The patients in the control group exercised with rehabilitation function.Patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.A total of 8 weeks of treatment.The two groups of patients were compared to improve the effects of spasticity,limb motor function before and after treatment,the degree of neurological deficit and daily living ability.Results:After treatment,96.00% of the patients in the study group had improved spasticity,and 80.00% of the patients in the control group had improved spasticity (P<0.05).After treatment,the limb function score (FMA) and modified Ashworth score (MAS) of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The neurological deficit (NIHSS) and daily living ability (Barthel index) scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation functional exercise for patients in the recovery stage of stroke can effectively improve spasticity,improve limb motor function,and promote nerve function repair.
