前后配穴法结合耳穴疗法治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果观察

目的:观察利用前后配穴法针刺选穴结合耳针治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效,并评估同时给予中药治疗的基础上,针灸治疗组是否会有更好的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5~11月本院收治的育龄期多囊卵巢综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组仅以中药治疗,观察组在中药治疗的基础上给予针灸及耳穴治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后睾酮激素水平。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的睾酮激素水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的睾酮激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用前后配穴法结合耳穴治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征实施治疗,可以明显提高临床治疗的效果,改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of The Treatment of Phlegm-dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Ccupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome,and to evaluate whether the acupuncture treatment group will have a better clinical basis effect.Method:From May^November 2018,60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of childbearing age were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases each.The control group was treated only with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and auricular points on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups and the testosterone level before and after treatment.Result:Higher overall efficiency in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,testosterone levels were lower in both groups than before(P<0.05),and the testosterone levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome with acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical treatment and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
