醒神启闭针刺法对脑卒中后抑郁血清肿瘤坏死因子、白介素6的影响

目的:观察醒神启闭针刺法对卒中后抑郁患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量的影响,初步探讨醒神启闭针刺法可能的作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例脑卒中后抑郁患者,按就诊顺序排序后随机分为2组,分别为治疗组、对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用基础治疗及醒神启闭针刺法治疗,每日1次,6天一疗程,连续治疗4疗程;对照组采用基础治疗上及口服氟西汀组治疗,每日1次,连续治疗28天。分别在治疗前后采血,检测血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平,并使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚神经功能缺损评分量表(MESSS)进行评分,对其结果进行统计分析。结果:1.血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量比较:两组患者治疗后血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量较治疗前明显降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),两组降低程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2.HAMD总分比较:治疗4周后HAMD评分均有明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),且下降程度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3.MESSS总分比较,两组患者治疗前的MESSS总分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗4周后,两组MESSS评分均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而治疗组较对照组下降明显(P>0.01)3.结论:醒神启闭针刺法能有效改善患者的抑郁状态,其机制可能与参与调解血清中TNF-α、IL-6的含量相关。

Effect of Xingshen Qibi Acupuncture on Patients with Post-stroke Depression and Its Influence on Serum TNF-alpha,Interleukin 6 Content

Objective:to observe the effect of Xingshen Qibi acupuncture on serum TNF-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(Il-6)levels in patients with post-stroke depression,to preliminarily explore the possible mechanism of Xingshen Qibi acupuncture.Methods:40 patients who met the inclusion criteria divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission,namely,Treatment group and control group,with 20 patients in each group.Treatment group was treated with basic therapy and Xingshen Qibi acupuncture therapy,once a day,one course of treatment for 6 days,4 courses of continuous treatment.Control group was treated with basic treatment and the oral fluoxetine group once a day for 28 days.Serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were collected before and after treatment,and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and modified edinburgh-scandinavian neurological deficit score scale(MESSS)were used for scoring,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of serum IL-6 and TNF-αcontents:the serum TNF-αand IL-6 contents in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01),but no statistically significant difference in the degree of reduction between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of HAMD total scores:HAMD scores were significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),with a similar degree of decline,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.MESSS score comparison of two groups of patients before treatment MESSS score has no obvious difference(P>0.05),4 weeks after treatment,MESSS score were decreased,the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.01),but Treatment group decreased significantly(P>0.01)3.Conclusion:Xingshen Qibi acupuncture can improve the patient's depressive state,The mechanism may be related to the regulation of the serum TNF-αand the content of IL-6.
