中药超声雾化治疗2型糖尿病合并干眼临床观察

目的:探讨中药超声雾化联合0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者干眼的临床疗效。方法:选择T2DM合并干眼的患者60名(120眼),随机为为治疗组30例(60眼)和对照组30例(60眼)。对照组采用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药超声雾化治疗,疗程均为14d,分别在用药前、14d时记录患者标准干眼评估问卷(standard patient evaluation of eye dryness,SPEED)评分、基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer Ⅰ test,SⅠt)结果、首次非侵入泪膜破裂时间(first noninvasive tear film break-up time,NITBUTf)、上下睑板腺缺失情况评分,并进行组内、组间对比。分析总结中药超声雾化联合0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗T2DM患者干眼的临床疗效。结果:两组不同方法治疗后SPEED评分、SⅠt结果、NITBUTf、上下睑板腺缺失情况评分四项指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组上述试验结果优于对照组。两组均未见药物不良反应。结论:中药超声雾化联合0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液能有效治疗T2DM患者干眼不仅能提高患者的泪膜稳定性,增加基础泪液分泌,还能在一定程度上对睑板腺功能进行修复,在治疗中对患者的自觉症状有较好的改善作用。

Clinical Observation of Ultrasonic Atomization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Dry Eye in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:60 patients(120 eyes)with T2DM combined with dry eyes were selected,and 30 patients(60 eyes)in the treatment group and 30 patients(60 eyes)in the control group were randomly selected.The control group used 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The treatment group combined with traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization treatment on the basis of the control group,the treatment course was 14 days,and the patient’s standard dry eye assessment questionnaire(standard)was recorded before and 14 days after medication.Patient evaluation of eye dryness(SPEED)score,basic tear secretion test(Schirmer Ⅰ test,SⅠt)results,first noninvasive tear film break-up time(NITBUTf),upper and lower meibomian glands Score the situation and compare within and between groups.Analysis and summary of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization combined with 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes in patients with T2DM.Results:The four indexes of SPEED score,SⅠt result,NITBUTf,and upper and lower meibomian gland loss scores after treatment with different methods in the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The result is better than the control group.There were no adverse drug reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Ultrasonic atomization of traditional Chinese medicine combined with 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops can effectively treat dry eyes in patients with T2DM.It can not only improve the tear film stability of patients,increase the basic tear secretion,but also repair meibomian gland function to a certain extent.,In the treatment of patients with better symptoms of improvement.
