| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD)are common endocrine diseases,which can have serious effects on human health.More and more studies have confirmed that patients with PCOS are prone to have AITD,and AITD also has a certain impact on female reproductive function.Although the pathogenesis of the two diseases is not very clear,genetic factors,autoimmunity,insulin resistance,related hormone abnormalities,vitamin D deficiency and intestinal flora may play a role.This article will review the correlation between PCOS and AITD. |
