| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是目前临床上最常见的老年性疾患之一,近年来,随着对中医药治疗OP研究的不断深入,发现中医药治疗OP具有多环节、多层次、多角度、多靶点、整体调节,且副作用少、疗效稳定等优势。故而,作者在前人研究基础之上,系统总结梳理目前单味中药及其有效成分、中药复方及中成药等在促进成骨细胞分化、增殖及抑制破骨细胞生成从而防治OP实验研究,以期为中医药在临床治疗OP奠定理论基础。

| Abstract: | Osteoporosis (OP) is one of the most common senile diseases in clinical practice.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research on the treatment of OP in Chinese medicine,it has been found that the treatment of OP in Chinese medicine has multiple links,levels Multi-angle,multi-target,overall adjustment,and fewer side effects,stable efficacy and other advantages.Therefore,based on previous studies,this article systematically summarizes the experimental research on the prevention and treatment of OP by promoting the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts and inhibiting osteoclast formation with a single traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients,traditional Chinese medicine compounds,and proprietary Chinese medicines.Lay a theoretical foundation for the clinical treatment of OP in Chinese medicine. |
