麦粒灸与普通针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中患者便秘的疗效比较

目的:比较分析麦粒灸与普通针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中患者便秘的临床疗效;方法:将60例缺血性脑卒中后便秘的患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用麦粒灸治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,两组均每日治疗一次,连续10天为一疗程,一疗程结束后休息一天,治疗两个疗程之后观察两组患者治疗前后的便秘临床评分以及总疗效等指标。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(χ^2=0.577,P=0.448>0.05),但治疗组愈显率为43.33%,对照组愈显率为20.00%(χ^2=4.735,P=0.030<0.05),治疗后两组前后相比,便秘临床症状积分评分均降低,并且均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),且两组组间治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.011<0.05),说明两组均能改善便秘症状,但治疗组的治疗效果要优于对照组;结论:麦粒灸治疗缺血性脑卒中患者便秘疗效优于普通针刺,能显著改善患者各项便秘的临床症状。

Comparison of Clinical Effects Between Moxibustion with Seed-sized Moxa and Common Acupuncture on Constipation in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of constipation in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with constipation after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group used wheat grains.Moxibustion treatment,the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,The two groups were treated once a day for ten days for one course of treatment,and one day after the end of one course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the clinical scores of constipation and total efficacy before and after treatment were observed..Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%(χ^2=0.577,P=0.448>0.05).However,the cure rate was 43.33%,and the control group was 20.00%.χ^2=4.735,P=0.030<0.05),the scores of constipation clinical symptom scores were lower after treatment,and there was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Significance(P=0.011<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the symptoms of constipation,but the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than the control group;Conclusion:The treatment of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa in patients with ischemic stroke is better than ordinary acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
