尪痹胶囊联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎

目的:研究尪痹胶囊联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取住院及门诊的120例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,并随机分为2组,其中对照组60例,给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗,治疗组60例给予尪痹胶囊并联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口的疗法治疗。两组的疗程均为3个月,分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、3个月末,采用国际膝关节Lequesne指数评分进行评定,分析两组患者的治疗前后临床疗效情况。结果:治疗组总有效率达91.67%,对照组总有效率为78.33%。2组Lequesne评分比较,治疗后两组患者膝关节静息痛、膝关节运动痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵、行走能力,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尪痹胶囊联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效优于单纯的口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,临床疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Wangbi Capsule Combined with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wangbi capsule combined with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsule on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 inpatients and outpatients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into 2 groups,of which 60 cases in the control group were given oral glucosamine sulfate capsules,and 60 cases in the treatment group were given krypton capsules in combination Therapeutic treatment of glucosamine sulfate capsule mouth.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.Before and at the end of 1,2,and 3 months after treatment,the international knee joint Lequesne index score was used for evaluation,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.33%.The Lequesne scores of the two groups were compared.After treatment,the two groups of patients had resting knee pain,knee motion pain,tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness,and walking ability.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wangbi capsule combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis than simple oral glucosamine sulfate capsules.It has good clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
