庞国明六法治水肿经验总结

庞国明教授认为,水肿之发病多因湿邪为患,外湿侵犯肌肤或内伤导致肺脾肾受损,继而三焦气化不利,导致湿邪内生留于机体某处,发为水肿。应辨其阴阳,分清上下,理清虚实表里。庞老师认为:急则治其标,缓则之其本;急用汗下之法,缓则宜温补脾肾为要,临症适当选用①治水需宣肺,金畅水自去;②治水需健脾,土健水自已;③治水当温阳,阳胜水自亡;④治水当行气,气行水自愈;⑤治水当活血,瘀开行水自却;⑥治水当通络,络通水自没。在水肿发病时,在治水同时注意,莫败脾胃,勿劫真元,中病即止。
