艾灸辨证治疗原发性痛经42例的临床观察

目的:观察艾灸子宫穴、三阴交穴辨证治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1~10月本卫生服务中心门诊收治的原发性痛经患者42例,对患者实施艾灸子宫穴、三阴交穴辨证治疗,3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:治愈19例,显效20例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论:艾灸辨证治疗原发性痛经有确切疗效。

Clinical observation on 42 cases of Primary dysmenorrhea treated by moxibustion and Syndrome differentiation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the moxibustion the uterus cave,Sanyinjiao treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 42 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from January to October,2019 in our hospital,the patients are treated by the syndrome differentiation of the moxibustion the uterus cave and the Sanyinjiao points,Observation of clinical effect after 3 courses of treatment.Results:19 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:Moxibustion has definite therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea.
