耳穴埋豆在缓解肛肠疾病术后疼痛中的应用

目的:观察耳穴埋豆对缓解肛肠术后疼痛的护理成效。方法:100例肛肠术后疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组在常规护理基础上,术后采用耳穴埋豆减轻术后疼痛,对照组予以常规护理,观察两组术后耳穴埋豆前、埋豆后手术当天、术后第1~3天的疼痛情况。结果:埋豆前两组疼痛积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第1天治疗组疼痛积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),埋豆后手术当天、术后第2、3天疼痛积分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆能有效减轻术后疼痛,且简单便捷,易学易懂、经济实用,不良反应少。

Effect of Ear Point Embedding on Relieving Postoperative Pain after Anorectal Diseases

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of auricular point embedding on relieving pain after anorectal surgery.Method:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in treatment group and 50 cases in control group.On the basis of routine nursing,the treatment group adopted ear acupoint burying beans to relieve postoperative pain,and the control group received routine nursing.The pain conditions of the two groups were observed before and after the operation of the ears,the day after the operation and the first,second,third days after the operation,and the records were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the first day after the operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of pain scores in the day after the operation and the second,third day after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ear point embedding can effectively relieve postoperative pain.It is simple,convenient,easy to learn,easy to understand,economical and practical,with few adverse reactions.
