活血通络汤湿敷联合持续加压冷疗治疗四肢骨折肿胀的临床观察

目的:探讨活血通络汤湿敷联合持续加压冷疗治疗四肢骨折对肢体肿胀程度的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月前来就诊并收治住院的四肢骨折患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组按照临床传统冷疗方法,观察组采用活血通络汤中药湿敷联合持续加压冷疗,比较两组患者干预前后肿胀、疼痛程度。结果:干预后5、7天,干预组肢体肿胀程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1、3、5、7天,干预组VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络汤中药湿敷联合持续加压冷疗治疗能有效减轻四肢骨折患肢肿胀、减轻疼痛。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Extremity Fracture Swelling by Wet Compression of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Continuous Pressure Cold Therapy

Objective:To study the traditional Chinese medicine wet compress combined with continuous cold therapy and compression treatment of limbs fracture effect on limb sw elling.Method:60 patients w ith limb fracture w ho came to see a doctor on January 2017~December 2018 and admitted to hospital w ere randomly divided into intervention group and control group 30 cases each.In the control group,according to the traditional clinical cold therapy method,the observation group used Huoxue Tongluo decoction traditional Chinese medicine w et compress combined w ith continuous pressure cold therapy to compare the degree of sw elling and pain before and after intervention in the tw o groups.Result:5 and 7 days after intervention,the degree of limb sw elling in the intervention group w as better than that in the control group(P<0.05).1,3,5 and 7 days after intervention,the VAS scores in the intervention group w ere low er than those in the control group.Conclusion:Wet dressing w ith Chinese medicine w ith the treatment of cold therapy and compression can effectively reduce limb fracture limb sw elling and pain.
