膏药刮疗联合摩法治疗非特异性下腰痛

目的:研究膏药刮疗联合摩法治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年1月,符合标准的非特异性下腰痛患者35例,采用铁包金按摩膏刮疗并联合摩法治疗,隔日治疗1次,共治疗10次,所有患者获3个月的随访。分别在疗程开始前、疗程结束后及随访3月后测定患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogy scale,VAS)、健康状况调查简表评分(the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form,SF-36)。末次随访时采用《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中非特异性下腰痛的疗效标准评定综合疗效。结果:患者的VAS评分,疗程开始前为(7.02±0.89)分,疗程结束后为(2.61±0.48)分,随访3月后为(2.55±0.53)分。患者的SF-36评分,疗程开始前为(33.62±7.24)分,疗程结束后为(62.71±3.42)分,随访3月后为(63.95±4.11)分。末次随访时,按疗效标准评定,有效率97.14%。结论:膏药刮疗联合摩法治疗非特异性下腰痛能够有效缓解患者疼痛,改善患者健康状况。

Non-specific Low Back Pain Treated by Plaster Curettage Combined with Rubbing Method

Objective:To study the clinical effect of plaster curettage combined with mofa on non-specific low back pain.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,35 patients with non-specific low back pain that met the standard were treated with iron-coated gold massage cream and combined with mofa treatment.The treatment was performed once every other day,a total of 10 treatments,all patients He was followed up for 3 months.The visual analogy scale(VAS)of pain and the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form(SF-36)were measured before the start of the course,after the end of the course,and after 3 months of follow-up.At the last follow-up,the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated using the non-specific low back pain curative effect standard in the Diagnosis and Treatment Criteria of Chinese Medicine Disorders.Results:The patient’s VAS score was(7.02±0.89)points before the start of the treatment course,(2.61±0.48)points after the end of the treatment course,and(2.55±0.53)points after 3 months of follow-up.The SF-36 score of the patient was(33.62±7.24)points before the start of the treatment course,(62.71±3.42)points after the end of the treatment course,and(63.95±4.11)points after 3 months of follow-up.At the last follow-up,according to the efficacy standard,the effective rate was 97.14%.Conclusion:The treatment of non-specific low back pain with plaster curettage and mofa can effectively relieve patients’pain and improve their health.
