PBL在中医临床教学基地神经重症康复教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨PBL在神经重症康复中医临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月在康复科轮科的规培医师总计82例,随机分为对照组40例和观察组42例。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用以问题为导向的教学法(PBL),比较两组规培医师出科及出科后3个月理论成绩、临床技能成绩及问卷调查。结果:两组出科理论成绩无差异(P>0.05),出科3个月的理论成绩观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在出科及出科后3个月的临床技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在激发学习兴趣,培养自主学习能力、临床思维能力和解决问题能力,加强医患沟通能力,培养团队协作方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经重症康复中医教学中应用PBL,有助于提高临床教学效果,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of PBL in neurological intensive rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical teaching effect.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 82 training doctors in the Department of Rehabilitation were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=42).The control group adopts the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopts the problem-oriented teaching method(PBL).Compare the theoretical scores,clinical skill scores and questionnaires of the two groups of discipline doctors at 3 months after the study.Results:There was no difference in academic performance between the two groups(P>0.05).The academic performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical skill scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in stimulating learning interest,developing independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability and problem solving ability,strengthening doctor-patient communication ability,and cultivating teamwork(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL in TCM teaching of neurological rehabilitation is helpful to improve the clinical teaching effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
