| 摘 要： | 目的:观察孔圣枕中丹联合芬吗通改善围绝经期失眠临床疗效。方法:将79例符合标准的围绝经期综合征失眠患者随机分成2组,每组各36例。对照组予以芬吗通,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孔圣枕中丹,分别服药3个周期。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效治疗组为91.67%,对照组为69.45%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孔圣枕中丹联合芬吗通能明显改善围绝经失眠(心肾不交型)症状,提高睡眠质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kongsheng Zhenzhong pill in combination with Femoston on perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:79 cases of insomnia patients with perimenopausal syndrome who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given Femoston,and the treatment group was treated with Kongsheng Zhenzhong pill on the basis of the control group,taking the medicine for 3 cycles.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective treatment group was 91.67% and the control group was 69.45%.There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Kongsheng Zhenzhong pill combined with Femoston can significantly improve the symptoms of perimenopausal insomnia (cardiorenal and renal incompatibility) and improve sleep quality. |
