半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕症98例

目的:观察应用半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕症的临床效果。方法:选择本院2014年1月~2018年1月门诊部收治的眩晕症患者98例,实施半夏白术天麻汤(甘草、牛膝、天麻、红花、生姜、大枣、云苓、丹参、菖蒲、山楂、白术、半夏、陈皮、当归、葛根、黄芪)治疗,通过收集所有患者病程记录和随访记录,记录各症状和总治疗效果,记录并比较治疗前后生存质量。结果:治疗总有效率93.88%,无效率6.12%,其中6例无效患者在推拿后治愈;治疗后生活质量量表评总分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:半夏白术天麻汤对改善眩晕症患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量有显著效果,且无不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

98 patients with vertigo treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of vertigo. Method: A total of 98 patients with vertigo treated from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected and treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(Glycyrrhiza, Achyranthes bidentata, Tianma, Safflower, Ginger, Jujube, Jujube, yunling, danshen, calamus, hawthorn, atractylodes, pinellia, tangerine peel, angelica, pueraria,astragalus). All patients’ disease records and follow-up records were collected, the symptoms and total treatment effects were recorded, and the quality of life before and after treatment was recorded and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 93.88% and the ineffective rate was 6.12%.Among them, 6 patients with ineffectiveness were cured after massage;the total score of quality of life after treatment in this group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). 98 patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction. CCoonncclluu-sion: Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with vertigo, and can improve the quality of life of patients, and has no adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
