揿针在中青年肝火上炎型高血压中的应用分析

目的:探究揿针在中青年肝火上炎型高血压中的应用分析。方法:选取88例我院收治的肝火上炎型高血压中青年患者,随机分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组给予马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在此基础上给予揿针治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。统计患者治疗前后临床疗效、血压、中医症候及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压水平及不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组眩晕、头痛、面红目赤症候减轻程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针可有效改善肝火上炎型高血压患者的中医症候,平稳患者血压,且疗效安全有效,值得临床应用。

Analysis of the Application of Snap Needle in Middle-aged and Young Patients with Irascibility and Hypertension

Objective:To explore the application analysis of sting acupuncture in middle-aged and young people with hypertensive inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 88 young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive liver inflammation who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=44).The control group was treated with L-Amlodipine maleate tablets,and the observation group was treated with sacral needles on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment were counted.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The degree of reduction of facial red eye syndrome was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with hypertensive cirrhosis,stabilize blood pressure in patients,and is safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application.
