艾灸抗小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察艾灸对流感病毒所致小鼠病毒性肺炎的作用,为临床防治呼吸道病毒感染提供实验依据。方法用甲型流感病毒FM]株感染小鼠,制作病毒性肺炎模型,观察艾灸、艾灸加病毒唑、单纯病毒唑和病毒对其肺指数以及死亡保护率、生命延长率的影响。结果艾灸疗法组和病毒唑+艾灸疗法组小鼠肺指数显著低于病毒组(P<0.05);病毒唑组与病毒对照组比较,有显著的差异(P<0.01);艾灸疗法组和病毒唑+艾灸疗法组与病毒唑组无明显差异(P>.05);艾灸疗法和病毒唑+艾灸疗法组能明显提高感染小鼠的存活率和延长存活时间(P<0.05),上述两种疗法与病毒唑治疗效果无统计学差异。结论艾灸疗法能有效保护流感病毒感染的小鼠肺组织以及其生命,提示艾灸疗法是治疗呼吸道病毒感染的有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on mouse influenza virus-induced viral pneumonia and provide an experimental basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of viral infection of respiratory tract. Methods A model of viral pneumonia was made by infection of mice with an influenza virus A (FM) strain. The effects of moxibustion, moxibustion plus Virazole, simple Virazole and virus on the lung index, death prevention rate and life prolongation rate were investigated. Results The mouse lung index was significantly lower in the moxibustion and moxibustion plus Virazole groups than in the virus group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the Virazole group and the virus group as a control (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the moxibustion group or moxibustion plus Virazole group and the Virazole group (P>0.05). The survival rate was significantly raised and the survival time prolonged in the infected mice of the moxibustion and moxibustion plus Virazole groups (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in curative effect between the above either treatment and Virazole. Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively protect the lung tissue and life of influenza virus-infected mice, suggesting that it is one of the effective methods for treating viral infection of respiratory tract.
