摘    要:细胞色素氧化酶CYP 1A2亚家族是近年来药物代谢研究领域较受关注的热点之一。该酶具有高度的个体间差异,并参与多种临床药物以及环境致癌物质的代谢,与癌症、炎症、心肌梗塞等疾病的发病易感性相关。CYP 1A2具有抗氧化作用;CYP 1A2基因多态性和表型差异的研究,可用于评价临床药物治疗效果;探针药物的应用是研究CYP 1A2活性的主要方法;人源化CYP 1A2转基因动物模型,是癌症发生研究中、新的研究手段。

Abstract:Cytochrome P450 1A2, a drug-metabolic enzyme with highly interindividual variability, is one of the most interested isoenzymes in the field of pharmacogenetics. It is involved in the metabolism of many prescribed drugs and environmental carcinogens, also related to the susceptibility of some diseases. Recently CYP 1A2 was reported as an anti-oxidant. Study in CYP 1A2 gene polymorphism and variety of CYP 1A2 activity might contribute to the evaluation of clinical therapy of drugs. Application of probe drug is the main method to evaluate CYP 1A2 activity. Moreover, the model of the humanized CYP 1A2 transgenic animals is a new method to investigate carcinogenesis.
