| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合红光照射治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效.方法:对2007年以来我科收治的20例中小面积烧伤创面患者,采用局部外用MEBO联合红光照射治疗.结果:20例患者,经过2～3周治疗,有效率达100%,皮肤瘢痕轻微,功能基本正常,预后良好.结论:MEBO联合红光照射治疗中小面积烧伤创面疗效显著,方法简单,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO combining with red light in treating burn wounds. Method ： 20 cases of moderate and small area burn patients hospitalized since 2007 were collected. The wounds were treated with MEBO combining with red light irradiation. Result： 20 cases were healed after 2 -3 weeks treatment with the effective rate of 100%. The patients had satisfied with the good results obtained such as little disfunction and minor scar formation. Conclusion： MEBO combining with red light to treat the moderate and small area burn has significant efficacy and simple operation and is worthy of popularization |
