| 摘 要： | 提高护生的人文素质,培养护生人文关怀能力,是提高护理队伍综合素质的有效途径。高职高专护生人文素质教育培养模式,包括转变护理教育观念、加强人文学科建设、加强师资队伍人文素质的建设、改革教学方法、注重实验教学中人文关怀能力培样,完善教学评价体系。

| Abstract: | Improving the humanistic qualities of nursing students and cultiva- ting the ability of humanistic care for nursing students are an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of the care team. The humanistic quality education training mode for high vocational nursing students included chan ging the concepts of nursing education, strengthening the Humanities build ing, strengthening the building of humanistic qualities of teachers team, the reform of teaching methods, emphasizing cultivating humanistic care in nurs- ing experimental teaching,and improving the teaching evaluation system. |
