| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨股骨粗隆骨折支架外固定术后出院针道感染后的护理。方法:20例股骨粗隆间骨折患者针道感染的临床症状、抗生素的使用情况及针道细菌培养结果。采用严格的无菌换药方法、细心地健康宣教。结果:股骨粗隆骨折支架外固定后针道感染症状消失。结论:股骨粗隆骨折支架外固定后严格的换药方法和做好详细的健康宣教的必要性,能有效控制针道的感染,减少再次住院的机会。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the femur tuberosity fracture external fixation after discharge pin tract infection after nursing intervention.Methods 20 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in patients with clinical symptoms of pin tract infections,antibiotic use and needle tract bacterial culture results.Using a strict aseptic dressing method,careful health education.Results Of femoral intertrochanteric fracture external fixation pin tract infection symptoms disappeared after.Conclusion Femoral intertrochanteric fracture external fixation after strict dressing method and make detailed health education necessity,can effectively control the pin tract infection,decrease hospital chance again. |
