前置胎盘致产后阴道大出血病人的抢救及护理

[目的]探讨前置胎盘致产后大出血病人的救护问题。[方法]回顾分析18例前置胎盘致产后大出血病人临床资料、抢救过程,措施包括组织特医特护、迅速建立有效循环、及时给氧、准确估计出血量、迅速止血、开展二级护理查房、提供舒适住院环境、实施优质护理服务、预防并发症。[结果]18例前置胎盘致产后大出血病人全部抢救成功,无并发症发生。[结论]前置胎盘病人易发生产后大出血,分娩前后做好充分的准备,是预防前置胎盘产后大出血的前提,护理措施正确及时是抢救成功的关键。

Rescue and care of patients with postpartum vaginal bleeding caused by placenta previa

Objective：To probe into the treatment and nursing care of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa.Methods：A total of 18 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients caused by placenta previa were analyzed retrospectively in aspects of clinical data and the rescue process including organizing special health-care,quickly establishing an effective cycle,oxygen timely,accurately estimating the blood loss,rapid hemostasis,carrying out secondary nursing rounds,providing a comfortable hospital environment,the implementation of high quality of nursing service and prevention of the complications.Results：special health-care organizations to quickly establish an effective circulation of oxygen in time,an accurate estimate of the amount of bleeding,rapid hemostasis,to carry out two nursing rounds,providing a comfortable hospital environment,the implementation of quality care,prevention of complications.Results：All 18 cases of patients got the successful rescue,and no complications occurred.Conclusion：Patients with placenta previa are prone to complicate with postpartum hemorrhage,fully preparation before and after birth is the premise for preventing postpartum hemorrhage,correct and timely nursing care is the key for successful treatment.
