阶段性心理干预对子宫内膜癌化疗病人焦虑及抑郁的影响

目的]探讨阶段性心理干预对子宫内膜癌化疗病人焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法]选择87例子宫内膜癌化疗病人,随机分为对照组41例,观察组46例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予阶段性心理干预,比较两组病人心理状态。结果]观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组,病人满意度提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]阶段性心理干预能改善子宫内膜癌化疗病人心理状态,使其积极面对疾病,提高生活质量。

Influence of phased psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in endometrial cancer patients accepting chemotherapy

Objective： To probe into the influence of phased psychological intervention anxiety and depression in endometrial cancer patients accepting chemotherapy Methods. A total of 87 cases of endometrial cancer patients accepting chemotherapy were randomly selected and divided into control group with 41 patients,and observation group with 46 patients. Control group Patients received the conventional care, while the observation group cases accepted the phased psychological intervention, then the psychological state between two groups patients was compared. Results： SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group, and the patients satisfaction was improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Phased psychological intervention can improve the psychological state of endometrial cancer patients accepting chemotherapy and make them face to the disease actively and enhance the quality of life of them.
