皮肤扩张术在秃发及面颈部瘢痕修复中的应用

目的：总结皮肤软组织扩张术在治疗秃发及面颈部瘢痕畸形的临床经验,以进一步提高治疗水平。方法：对1999年10月～2005年10月,采用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗的11例秃发患者和15例面颈部瘢痕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组26例患者,瘢痕或秃发面积45 cm^2～160cm^2,共埋置扩张器42个,除1例扩张器渗漏、1例皮肤破溃影响手术效果外,其余24例均一次修复缺损,外观效果满意。结论：皮肤软组织扩张术是治疗瘢痕性秃发和面颈部瘢痕的理想方法。

The application of skin expansion technique in treating the alopecia caused by scar and the scar on face and neck

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience to apply soft tissue expansion technique to the treat- ment of alopecia caused by scar and the scar on face and neck.Method:Retrospective assessment was performed on the clinical data of 11 cases of alopecia caused by scar and 15 cases with scar on face and neck collected in a period of 10/1999 -10/2005 with soft tissue expansion technique.Result:In the 26 cases,the area range of the scar and scared alopecia was 46-160cm2 and total 42 expanders were embedded.Apart from 1 case had the leakage of the expander and 1 case had skin ulceration,the skin defect of the rest 24 cases was repaired successfully in an action and the appearance was satisfacto- ry.Conclusion:Skin soft tissue expansion technique is a good method in treating alopeeia caused by sear and sear on face and neck.
