硝普钠与倍他乐克联合治疗肺心病心衰疗效观察（附44例分析）

目的 探讨硝普钠与倍他乐克联合治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将44例随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例，全部病人在氧疗、改善通气、控制感染等治疗的基础上，治疗组22例联用硝普钠与倍他乐克；对照组22例用酚妥拉明和地高辛治疗；3日后比较疗效。结果 治疗组显效率63．64％(14／22)，总有效率为95．5％；对照组显效率27．27％(6／22)，总有效率77．27％；两组P＜0．05。结论 硝普钠联用倍他乐克治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭，能明显改善患者心功能。

The study on nitroprusside sodium combined with metoprolol in the treatment of corpulmonale with heart failure

Objective To study the therapeutic effectiveness of nitroprusside sodium combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cor pulmonale with heart failure.Methods 44 cases were randomly assigned into tested(n=22)and control group(n=22).Besides routine therapy such as oxygen therapy,ventilation improvement and administration of antibiotics,patients in the tested group were treated with nitroprusside sodium and metoprolol;in the control group were treated with phentolamine and digoxin.Results After 3 days of treatment,the highly effective rates of two groups were 63 64% and 27 27%,and total effective rates were 95 5% and 77 27% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0 05) Conclusion The use of nitroprusside sodium combined with metoprolol may greatly improve cardiac function of patients with cor pulmonale disease with heart failure.
