摘    要:目的了解0.005%溴敌隆小麦毒饵实验室及城区现场灭鼠效果,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据.方法用群饲养有选择给饵法测定毒饵的适口性及试验室灭鼠效果,用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,计算灭鼠率.结果摄食系数为0.41,实验室灭鼠率为100%,现场灭鼠率为99.21%,现场校正灭鼠率为99.18%.结论该产品适口性好,实验室及城区现场灭鼠效果好,是一种很好的灭鼠剂.

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of wheat poison bait of 0.005% Bromadiolone against rats in laboratories and urban areas, and provide scientific methods for killing rats in the future.Methods Using group feeding method and powder trace method.Results The feeding coefficient was 0.41.The rat killing rate was 100% in laboratories ,the field rat killing rate was 99.21%,and the corrected field rat killing rate was 99.18%.Conclusion The product had good palatability and good effect on killing rats in laboratories and urban areas.
