附子非生物碱类成分的研究

摘    要:目的寻找附子中具有药理作用的非生物碱类成分。方法采用水提取,不同极性溶剂萃取,大孔吸附树脂纯化和硅胶进一步分离等方法。结果从具有强心作用附子的水溶液中分离得到两种非生物碱类单体成分-尿嘧啶和附子苷,药理研究表明,这两种单体成分具有明显正性肌力作用。结论从附子水溶液部分分离得到尿嘧啶、附子苷是附子中强心成分。

Abstract:Objective:To look for no-alkaloid components with pharmacological action in aconite roots.Methods: Drawing with water,extraction with different solvents,purifiction of D101 and separation of Gel were done.Results: The pharmacological studies indicated that two solitary components which were separated from cardiotonic water soluable components had significant cardiotonic action.Conclusion: Uracil and fuzinoside may be the cardiotonic components of aconite roots.
