| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察甲状旁腺激素 (parathyroidhormone ,PTH)对人牙乳头间充质细胞骨形成蛋白 3 (bonemorphogeneticprotein ,BMP)表达的影响 ,探讨PTH对人牙乳头间充质细胞的影响及途径。方法 :细胞培养及原位杂交。结果 :体外培养的人牙乳头间充质细胞BMP3mRNA阳性杂交信号较弱 ;细胞经PTH作用 5d后 ,在细胞质内 ,出现BMP3mRNA阳性杂交信号 ,提示PTH可提高细胞合成BMP3的能力。结论 :在PTH的作用下 ,BMP3基因被激活、表达 ,可能起到类似于牙胚发育早期成釉细胞的作用 ,通过自分泌和旁分泌作用参与牙乳头间充质细胞的诱导和分化 ,促进牙本质和牙本质样基质的形成

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH) on BMP3 expression of cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal cells (DPMCs). Methods:DPMCs were obtained by cell culture, BMP3 mRNA expression was studied by in situ hybridization. BMP3 gene expression of human DPMCs after exposure to 33.3 nmol/L PTH for 5 days were measured. The cells cultured in the medium without PTH served as control.Results: Stronger BMP3 positive signals were observed in PTH treated cells than that in the control cells.Conclusion:PTH stimulats BMP3 systhesis of cultured DPMCs. |
