| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨消瘤汤促进大肠癌细胞株HT-29凋亡的作用机制。方法：采用MTT法测消瘤汤对大肠癌细胞株HT-29作用的有效剂量，运用流式细胞仪测定消瘤汤对人大肠癌细胞株HT-29凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax表达的影响。结果：消瘤汤可促进大肠癌细胞株HT-29凋亡；能抑制凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax的表达，但对凋亡抑制基因bcl-2的抑制更明显。结论：消瘤汤能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡，其作用机制可能是通过抑制凋亡相关基因表达实现的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe Xiaoliutang decoction on the expression of bcl-2,bax concerned with the apoptosis.Metbods:(1)The sensitivity of Xiaoliutang to the large intestine cancer was detected by MTT method.(2)The influence of Xiaoliutang decoction on the expression of bcl-2 and bax was detected by FCM.Results:(1)Xiaoliutang has the function of restraining the multiplication of large intestine cancer HT-29(P<0.05);(2)The results of FCM indicates that Xiaoliutang has the function of promoting the apoptosis and depressing the expression of bcl-2 and bax concerned with the apoptosis,especially on bcl-2(P<0.05).Conlusion:Xiaoliutang has the function of promoting the apoptosis,and the mechanisms of which is to depress the expression of bcl-2 and bax. |
