饮水中不同浓度铅对小鼠脾淋巴细胞数量及其UDS的影响
摘    要:6组小鼠分别饮用铅浓度为0、2、10、25、100和200mg/L的水3个月,以脾淋巴细胞数和脾淋巴细胞3H一TaR参入量为指标,观察其免疫功能和其DNA损伤的非程序合成(UnscheduledDNAsynthesis,UDS)的变化。结果表明,浓度为10mg/L以上组的脾淋巴细胞数和脾淋巴细胞UDS与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。并且,饮水铅浓度增加与脾淋巴细胞数和脾淋巴细胞UDS的降低之间,存在负相关关系,其相关系数分别为一0.64和一0.74。提示,减少饮水铅污染,对提高人群免疫功能和防止细胞突变有一定意义。

Abstract:Six groups of mice drank water of different lead concentrations(0、2、 10、 25、 100、 200mg/L)for three months. The Changes in the immtune function and UDS in the se micewere investigated by determining the amou nt of spleen lymphocytes and3 H一TdR entering incor-porating the spleen lymphocytes as the target. The results showed that the amotunt of spleen lym-phocytes and UDS of spleen lymphocytes were decreased significantly (P<0. 05) in comparisonwith the contrfast group, provided lead concentration was over l0mg/L. There was a negative cor-relation between the increase of lead concentration in the drinking water and the decrease inamount of thespleen lymphocyte and UDS. The correlation coefficient was一0. 64 and一0. 74. This indicates that it is significant to decrease lead pollution in the drinking water for rais- ing the immune function and preventing cell mutation inhuman population.
