实验性豚鼠布鲁氏菌病心肌和脾组织超微病理学研究

本实验观察了用标准羊种布鲁氏菌１６Ｍ菌株１００００个菌感染豚鼠，感染后三个月取心肌和脾组织在透射与扫描电镜下观察了心肌和脾组织的超微结构。观察所见，感染后的心肌组织不仅在心肌间的南内出现了弥漫性的炎症细胞浸润，而且心实质细胞也发生了广泛性的心肌纤维变性等病理损害。在脾脏的脾索内有转化的淋巴母细胞增生，各级溶酶体增多，高尔基复合体发达以及线粒体凝集变性和粗面内质网扩张及脱颗粒等主要表现。

Ultrastructural Studies on Myocardium and Splenic Tissue of Guinea Pigs Experimentally Infected with Brucellosis

Ultrastructural studies were made in which myocardium and splenic tissue removed fromguinea pigs experimentally infected three months ago by 10 000 bacterial cells of standard Brucella melitensisstrain 16M were observed under transmission electron microscope(TEM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The findings showed that the myocardial tissue after infection developed extensive myocardial fibrosisin cardiac parenchymal cells as well as diffuse inflammatory cell infiltration in myocardial interstitial tissueand that in the splenic cords of the spleen there were transformed lymphoblastosis,increased lysosomes of dif- ferent levels,developed Golgi complex and the degenerative agglutination, dilated rough surfaced endoplasmicreticulum and degranulation of mitochondria.
