114例原发性青光眼中医证型分析

目的分析原发性青光眼患者的中医证型特点,为临床辨证施治提供依据。方法统计114例原发性青光眼患者(120只眼)的病程、眼压、临床症状等,分析其中医证型特点及分布规律。结果(1)原发性青光眼患者中肝经实证最多,心肺气虚证最少。(2)肝经实证的病程最短,脾肾亏虚证病程最长(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(3)肝经实证的眼压和症候积分最高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论原发性青光眼与肝经病证密切相关,其中医证型有从肝经实证经肝经虚证向脾肾亏虚证发展的趋势。

Analysis on TCM Syndromes of 114 Cases of Primary Glaucoma

Objective To analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes of primary glaucoma to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods The disease course, eye pressure and clinical symptoms of 114 patients (120 eyes) with primary glaucoma were studied to analyze their TCM syndrome characteristics and distribution regularities.Results (1) In the primary glaucoma, the patients of liver excess syndrome were at the utmost and those of heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome the least. (2)The disease course of liver excess syndrome group was the shortest and that of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome the longest (P<0.01 or P<0.05). (3)The eye pressure and scores of symptoms of liver excess syndrome group were the highest (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Primary glaucoma is closely related to liver disease and its TCM syndromes tends to change from the liver excess syndrome to liver deficiency syndrome and then to spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.
