乌梅及其不同炮制品的药理作用比较

摘    要:目的:比较乌梅及其炮制品乌梅肉、乌梅炭的药理作用的异同;研究乌梅中有机酸含量较高的苹果酸、枸橼酸与乌梅药理作用的关系。方法:通过炭末法小鼠小肠推进运动试验,小鼠眼眶静脉丛取血测定血糖值及试管法体外抗菌试验,对乌梅、乌梅肉、乌梅炭、苹果酸、枸橼酸进行药理作用研究。结果:乌梅、乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸均能明显提高小鼠小肠碳末推进百分率;乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸、枸橼酸可使正常小鼠血糖降低;乌梅、乌梅炭、乌梅肉、苹果酸、枸橼酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。结论:乌梅及其炮制品的药理作用不尽相同,为保证临床用药的准确性和安全性,建议乌梅及其炮制品应对症入药。乌梅中有机酸含量较高的苹果酸、枸橼酸与乌梅药理作用关系密切,可将其列入乌梅及其制剂质量标准控制的项目。
