| 摘 要： | 目的探讨头孢派酮舒巴坦治疗单纯性淋病所需的最佳剂量及疗程。方法通过对76例淋病患者应用不同剂量头孢派酮舒巴坦分组治疗(分别为A组1.5 g/d,B组2.25 g/d,C组3.0 g/d),连用3天,观察疗效。结果治疗2天后A组,B组,C组有效率分别为72.00%,92.31%和96.00%,3天后分别为76.00%,96.15%,96.00%。第2天和第3天B组和C组疗效均显著高于A组(P<0.05),而B组和C组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论头孢派酮舒巴坦治疗单纯性淋病时,2.25 g/d,连用2天可取得较满意的疗效,具有较高的疗效/性价比,推荐使用该剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the dose and duration of Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of gonorrhea.Methods 76 patients with gonorrhea were randomized into three treatment group,receiving 1.5 g/d(A group),2.25g/d(B group),3.0 g/d(C group) of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for three days,respectively.Results After 2-day treatment,72.00%,92.31% and 96.00% patients were cured or markedly improved in A group,B group and C group.After 3-day treatment,76.00%,96.15% and 96.00% patients were cured or markedly improved respectively.B group and C group showed higher effective rate than that of A group in both 2-day and 3-day treatment duration.No significant difference was found between B group and C group.Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium at dose of 2.25 g/d for two days had best effect/cost ratio and was recommended. |
