| 摘 要： | 我国的农村医疗救助制度刚刚建立,尤其在资金管理方面存在较多问题,通过文献研究和现场调查,开展实证分析,明确当前农村医疗救助实施中存在的主要资金障碍,探讨障碍产生的原因和可能的清除策略,为完善现有农村医疗救助政策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The rural medical assistant system is build up recently,there are still many problems existed especially in fund management. By the implementing of documents research and field survey,through demonstration analysis.This paper try to Locate the fund obstacles,discuss the possible reasons and clearing strategies,provide referral evidence for the national rural medical assistant policy. |
