腹腔镜探查术在诊断不明急腹症中的应用体会(附52例报告)

目的 探讨腹腔镜诊治急腹症的价值和治疗经验。方法 回顾性总结52例腹腔镜诊治急腹症的效果。结果 52例经腹腔镜检查全部明确诊断，42例同时完成诊断和治疗，8例无需手术治疗，2例中转开腹。无1例出现并发症和死亡。结论 腹腔镜诊治急腹症具有诊断率高、可信性强、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，因而具有很好的临床应用价值。

Applications of laparoscopy in the acute abdomen (report of 52 cases)

Objective: To study the diagnostic value and the operative experience in the treatment of acute abdomen with laparoscopy. Methods: To review the effect of diagnosis and treatment with laparoscopy in 52 cases of acute abdomen. Results: All patients obtained correct diagnosis under the laparoscope. Out of the 52 patients, 42 were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy, 8 did not need treated, with the conversion to open operations in 2 cases. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen with laparoscopy give a higher correct diagnosis, high credibility, minimum trauma, fast recovery and less complication. Therefore this method has an excellent clinical application.
