粪便镜检脂肪球与小儿轮状病毒肠炎相关性探讨

目的：分析粪便镜检脂肪球与A群轮状病毒引起的小儿轮状病毒肠炎感染的相关性。方法：采集5187例腹泻患儿新鲜粪便标本，进行粪便常规检查，同时用A群轮状病毒诊断试剂盒对患儿的粪便标本进行A群轮状病毒抗原检测。结果：5187例腹泻患儿中检出A群轮状病毒阳性标本1287例，阳性率为24．8％。A群轮状病毒阳性标本中粪便镜检出脂肪球882例，阳性率68．5％。轮状病毒阳性组与阴性组粪便镜检脂肪球数量比较，差异有显著性（X2=533．6，P〈0．01）。结论：粪便镜检脂肪球与A群轮状病毒感染引起的小儿轮状病毒肠炎感染有相关性。

Correlation of Excrement Microscopy Fat Ball with Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective： To analysis the correlation of excrement microscopy fat ball with infantile rotavirus enteritis caused by infection of group A rotavirus. Methods： About 5 187 fresh feces samples in children with diarrhea were collected to do feces routine inspections. At the same time, group A rotavirus was detected with the group A rotavirus diagnostic kits. Results： In 5 187 feces samples of children with diarrhea, 1 287 positive specimens was detected, positive rate was 24. 8%. Microscopic examination of the positive specimens of group A rotavirus stool fat ball was 882 cases, positive rate was 68.5%. There was significant difference of the feces fat ball number comparison in rotavirus positive group and negative group of microscopic examination （X2 = 533.6, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Excrement microscopy fat ball and group A rotavirus infection of infantile rotavirus enteritis infection has correlation.
