摘    要:目的:改变传统药物和手术治疗输尿管下段结石的方法,B超定位行ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石。方法:使用PIEZOLITH2300和PIEZOLITH2501型体外冲击波碎机B超定位治疗输尿管下段结石。结果:3543例输尿管下段结石用ESWL治疗,治疗成功率达99.7%。结论:本方法是治疗输尿管下段结石的首选治疗手段,可以在临床广泛推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the effect of extracorporeal shock wave litho tripsy in the therapy of lower ureter calculi in situ,with the B-us locatizer. Methods:To apply PIEZOLITH2300 and PIEZOLITH2501 lithotripsy to the treating lower ureter calculi in situ, with the B-us locatizer.Results: The effect was ire rate 99.7%; the first time curative rate reached 90.3%. Conclusion: This method as the first management for treating lower urether calculi in situ is valuable to be used widely in clinic.
